Landlord Allows Us To Inspect His Home
Upon payment verification, the Landlord authorizes us to inspect and present his Home to the Tenant. Our Rental Agent confirms that the Tenant is satisfied with the Home.
Tenant Accepts To Move In
The Tenant has a set number of days and a date for the home inspection and the option to accept or reject the renting deal.
Our Escrow Company Pays the Landlord
We pay the Landlord & The transaction is complete.
